Irrigation requirements to water temperature vary from 18 ˚C to 22 ˚C depending on the crop and the growth phase of plants. The source of irrigation water is most often wells having a temperature of 3 ˚C — 7 ˚C above zero. Therefore, the water heating systems are usually used in automatic irrigation systems.
Our company offers local automatic water heating systems based on plate heat exchangers. Functionalities allow the agronomist to set an individual temperature for each irrigated crop, even if they have irrigated by a single irrigation unit. Temperature control is carried out via three-way mixing valve and can be carried out both from an irrigation unit, from the water treatment unit, also autonomously. An additional advantage is a gate on the side of the heating artery, which closes in the end of water consumption. This avoids the occurrence of «temperature plug» inside the heat exchanger.
Integration of this unit into the general technological scheme makes it possible to use it both for heating irrigation water and water for technological needs (filling tanks with nutrient solutions, reserve irrigation and others).
Water temperature is controlled by digital temperature sensors, which allows to save specified parameters with maximum accuracy.
Quality control at all stages of equipment production allows ensuring reliable and uninterrupted operation of the water heating system.
