Fertigation is especially useful in the case of drip irrigation. By means of automatic high technology fertigation equipment the water and the nutrients are perfectly placed in the absorption area of the roots, improving the rate of growth and quality of the crops. So this system allows carrying out a more rational use of the water and fertilizers, respecting the environment and minimizing the environmental impact. If you&#8217;re running a greenhouse, you&#8217;re used to controlling every drop of water. But precision fertigation goes further by sending a precise mix of water and nutrient solutions.</p>

<p>When it comes to automation, all irrigation systems test the soil moisture level and manage nutrient dosing. Some systems integrate with facilities existing environment control unit to manage from a central location. Automated fertigation control system monitors a range of factors across the system. A filtration system cleans the water with UV light, pasteurization, and filtering. Then sensors measure the level of the water in the tank, temperature, and Ph levels. <p>The so-called flagship irrigation unit is the most powerful and productive in the range of irrigation units manufactured by our company. It is capable to irrigate up to 2 hectares of greenhouse complexes at the same time. It also can be used for irrigation of a 10-hectare greenhouse complex. It is characterized by high reliability and accuracy in saving of the specified parameters. It is easy to operate but at the same time it provides and supports modern and promising irrigation technologies.<br>By the developing of this unit the company used 20 years’ practical experience and the most advanced technologies in protected ground. This irrigation unit is equipped with the best components from the leading world brands. Double reserve is applied for strategically important elements. There are two watering pumps and two EC and pH-sensors in each unit.<br>The irrigation process is controlled by a microprocessor controller specially designed for using in greenhouse complexes. The reliable element base and multistage protection against failures and computer program freezing guarantee long-term trouble-free operation. The daily irrigation schedule, frequency of activation as well as volume and solution composition can be programmed depending on time or intensity of solar radiation, temperature, air or soil humidity.<br>This irrigation unit has a number of new functionalities that are not available in manufacturers of other firms and companies. For example, it is equipped with the function of pressure controlling of the irrigation solution individually for each valve. That is why the operation of the drip networks located at different distances from the irrigation unit is optimized. The pressure value is maintained by the frequency controller, which is equipped with irrigation pumps. Ability to control the volume of the solution in the tanks by means of hydro static level sensors is one of the additional functions. The operative tracking of growth solution composition allows to control qualitative composition for the nutrient solution, timely notification of failures in the hydraulic systems of growth solution supply and planning refueling of the tanks. It should be noted that the irrigation unit also can fill the irrigation network automatically with fungicides and saturate the irrigation solution with oxygen.<br>The irrigation units and the other systems are connected to a personal computer for external management; a specialized program &#171;MONITOR&#187; for viewing and managing technological greenhouse data is installed.</p>

<p>This irrigation unit is designed for plant irrigating with balanced nutrient solution which is prepared automatically by continuous mixing of fertilizers and water.<br>Many years of work experience in equipment lead us to production of the most reliable system that meets the modern requirements for irrigation in greenhouse complexes. The irrigation unit is equipped with an industrial computer-controller. Its functionality allows the controlling up to 48 irrigation valves which can be divided into 48 groups. Each group can have its own solution preparation formula and individual irrigating plan.<br>Software features of the system allow you to start irrigation depending on several kinds of factors: classical timing, as well as solar radiation, temperature, air or substrates’ humidity, etc. The irrigation unit automatically maintains pressure in the watering system for each group of valves; this allows balance of differently removed valves. The adjustment is carried out by the frequency controller which controls the irrigating pump.<br>The irrigation units are produced with different capacities and in various modifications, which makes it possible to use for irrigation of different areas, starting from 0,5 hectares, as well as irrigation of crops with various growing technologies: drip irrigation on substrates, irrigation on soils, ebb-flood system, circulating system of salad complexes, system with recirculation of drainage and including an innovative «Inter planting technology». It should be noted that the irrigation unit is equipped with the function of complete solution upgrading for the «Inter planting technology» when the irrigation unit automatically completely replaces the old solution and prepares a new one by switching of irrigation between different age groups of plants.<br>The irrigation unit can be equipped with a drainage mixer for reuse of drainage.<br>For convenience in operation this irrigation system can be controlled via PC using the program &#171;MONITOR&#187;, which allows the irrigation unit to be fully integrated with other automation appliances of greenhouse processes.</p>

<h2>Automatic mixer for irrigation and fertigation</h2>

<ol><li>The Mixing unit offered for you is a complete automatic device for irrigation and working solution supply for plants.<br>The Mixing unit has its own controller that sets the irrigation program and it can be individual for each valve. You should set by the controller program the irrigation start time, the required amount of water for each plant in one irrigation cycle, the number of irrigation cycles, the required pH parameter, the required parameter ЕC (if it is necessary to irrigate with clean water, set ЕC = 0), an additional irrigation depending on solar radiation and the end time of irrigation. You can connect up to 16 valves to the Mixing unit as standard and you can set an individual program for each valve. The Mixing unit can be connected to 4 tanks with fertilizer solution and to one tank with acid. Thus, you can organize irrigation of several different crops.</li><li>So, after setting the program you have the time for the first irrigation. The Mixing unit controller will turn on your pump, which supplies clean water to the Mixing unit, it will turn on its own main pump and turn on the valve that is indicated first in your program. The irrigation process starts. The EC and pH sensors of the Mixing unit analyze the readings of the incoming water and the values ​​set in the program. In case of a parameter discrepancy, they add acid and fertilizers ensuring extremely high accuracy of maintaining the set parameters (for EC = +, &#8212; 0.1 mS, for pH = +, &#8212; 0.2 pH)</li><li>After completing the set program, the irrigation process stops until the next cycle begins.</li><li>If it is necessary, the Mixing unit can be additionally equipped with the MONITOR program. MONITOR can remotely connect your Mixing unit to a personal computer, set a program, visually observe the irrigation process and create an archive of irrigation for an unlimited time.</li><li>This Mixing unit can be equipped with a device for saturating the working solution with oxygen as well.</li></ol>

<p> The unit capacity can vary in a wide range from 5 m3 / h to 100 m3 / h, while ensuring high quality of the solution and its supply to the greenhouse or to the open fields. It is vital for farms to keep irrigation technologies up to date. That’s why we produce irrigation units of various capacities. One of the significant advantages of this machine over traditional irrigation units is a low cost, despite the fact that this unit keeps the full functionality of the professional equipment.</p>



<h3 class="has-text-align-center">Automated fertigation equipment</h3>



<p>MINI-MAX is designed for automated preparation of nutrient solution, fertigation planning and carrying out drip irrigation. This equipment allows you to organize an individual supply of ideally stabilized nutrient solution for separate fragments of the field according to the time of irrigation or according to the solution consumption.</p>



<p>With the help of a set of programs, you can optimally plan irrigation during the day, including depending on the intensity of solar radiation.<br>A computer-controlled dosing system for liquid mineral fertilizers ensures the preparation of fertilizing solutions with a precisely consistent concentration of nutrients. The parameters of the nutrient solution are maintained at a given level by means of continuous double measurement of the EC conductivity and acid-base pH of the solution and regulation of the supply of mother liquors in irrigation water.<br>The dosage control is fully automated and allows automatic change of the nutrient solution formulation during each watering during the day.<br>The computer calculates daily: the total watering time and the flow rate of the working solution per day, the watering time and the flow rate of the solution through each valve. In addition, the parameters (EC, pH and temperature) of the nutrient solution passing through each irrigation valve are averaged daily. This data is stored for a month and is available for viewing.<br>Controllers of several nodes can be combined into a common network and connected to a personal computer (PC). At the same time, you can set irrigation programs from a PC and control the irrigation process in detail, as well as print reports, archives, remote monitoring, and so on.</p>

<p>The thermal disinfector is specially designed for greenhouse complexes. Thermal sterilization is the most effective way of drainage cleaning. The principle of the disinfector is to heat the drainage water to temperature of 85-95 ˚C and hold it at this temperature for up to 180 seconds, and then the drainage is cooled to temperature close to the original heating the incoming water. Such a long high-temperature treatment allows 99,8% of harmful bacteria, fungi and viruses’ destruction.<br>Usually heating of drainage water is implemented with the help of greenhouse heating systems, which makes the whole process of disinfection quite economical. In case required water temperature lacks of the heat transfer unit, the disinfector is equipped with its own electric heater, which can work as in parallel with the heat network providing only required temperature addition and separately taking the entire heating process by itself. Acid is automatically added to drainage water for prevention against destruction of solutions’ structure and also to avoid calcification inside the disinfector. All parameters of the technological process are controlled by means of PC.<br>The advantageous systems’ difference from imported analogues is concluded in the intellectual controlling function of the drainage water consumption. This function allows you to realize the fact that drainage disinfection saves for 3 minutes at 85 ˚C, but at 95 ˚C only for 90 seconds. Therefore, when disinfections’ temperature for various reasons exceeds a minimum of 85 ˚C the system automatically increases drainage water consumption thereby accelerating saving process. In addition, the system determines independently temperature of heating medium and if it is necessary, turns on its own electric boiler.<br>The one of the functionality is also possibility of automatic work with drainage storage tanks, i.e. the system is automatically turned on and off depending on the water level in the tanks. The computer calculates daily the system&#8217;s operating time and the amount of disinfected drainage per day and also for the entire operation time. This data is stored for 10 days in the controller memory, as well as transferred to a PC for unlimited storage and available for viewing. Controllers of our company can be combined into network (up to 12 controllers) and connected to PC. At the same time PC can specify the disinfection programs and the disinfection process can be controlled in detail. Reports and archives can be printed too.</p>

<p>This disinfector is specially designed for greenhouses. Thermal sterilization is the most effective way of drainage cleaning. The principle of the disinfector is to heat the drainage water to temperature of 85-95 ˚C and to hold it at this temperature for up to 180 seconds. Then the drainage is cooled to temperature close to the original heating of incoming water. Such a long high-temperature treatment allows 99,8% of harmful bacteria, fungi and viruses’ dectruction.<br>Usually heating of drainage water is implemented with help of greenhouse heating systems, which makes the whole process of disinfection convenient and quite economical.<br>The advantageous systems’ difference from imported analogues is in the intellectual controlling function of the drainage water consumption. The one of the functionality is also possibility of automatic work with drainage storage tanks, i.e. the system is automatically turned on and off depending on the water level in the tanks.<br>The computer calculates daily the system&#8217;s operating time and the amount of disinfected drainage per day and also for the entire operation time. This data is stored for 10 days in the controller memory, as well as transferred to PC for unlimited storage and available for viewing. Controllers of our company can be combined into network (up to 12 controllers) and connected to PC. At the same time PC can specify the disinfection programs and the disinfection process can be controlled in detail. Reports and archives can be printed too.</p>

Our company has developed and manufactured an UV disinfector with a capacity of 70 m3 / h for these purposes. This disinfector is equipped with an automation system that allows you to analyze the contamination of the lamps and automatically clean them.</p>



<p>Ultraviolet disinfection is widespread in the world along with thermal disinfection. The disinfector contains 9 UV- lamps with low pressure placed in one reactor. The turbulent flow created by the special device guarantees the repeated passage of each water particle around the UV- lamp. This disinfector is equipped with an automation system as well that allows analyzing the lamp pollution and its automatically cleaning.</p>

<p>Today the disinfection by means of ultraviolet irradiation is widespread in the world along with the thermal disinfection. The advantage of this method is low energy intensity. The operation principle is to pass UV radiation produced by special lamps through water. UV radiation with wavelength with bactericidal effect (253,7 nm) penetrates through the cell walls of microorganisms carried by water and is absorbed by DNA in the genetic chain. As a result, the process of microorganism production ceases. The sterilization unit is designed specifically for disinfection of drainage irrigation water. It is equipped with low-pressure lamps from a German company UV-Technik as the most economical and constructively convenient lamps for using precisely in greenhouse complexes. Functionality allows agronomist to set the dose of irradiation solution in the range of 50 mJ/cm2 (selective disinfection e.g. for salad complexes) to 250 mJ/cm2 (complete disinfection). During operation process the UV-lamp capacity is measured by a sensor mounted on the external surface of the disinfection unit. On the basis of this data the computer system automatically calculates time it takes to obtain a given dose of UV- radiation and adjusts system capacity.<br>As known, the determining factor of the system capacity is transparency of drainage solution. It is recommended to install a sand-gravel filter for cleaning of the drainage from mechanical and organic impurities at the disinfector outlet. The possibilities of the disinfector also allow to control the process of filtration with automatic rinsing of disinfector, and if it necessary, mixing process. On the irrigation unit is installed an acid dispenser which ensures an increase of the solution acidity to avoid contamination of the lamp.<br>The function of intellectual control realized in the presented UV-disinfector distinguishes it from foreign analogs, namely, it is the change in disinfection capacity depending on drainage transparency.<br>It is important, that all controllers can be connected to the &#171;MONITOR&#187; program, which allows you to monitor all equipment and make the necessary adjustments depending on technological requirements.</p>
